Going for the Gold ~ Tommy Middaugh


At Travel To Go, we always go for the gold as we expand our offerings within the travel industry and attend to our many travel club members. Just like the men on Gold Rush, the Discovery Channel reality TV show, who try to strike it rich by mining for gold in the wilds of Alaska, we give it our best effort to make our business even more successful year after year.

 

There are many ways we can grow our business and increase our membership numbers. The best tools we use to dig for gold are:

·         Adapting to changes in our industry and understanding the many ways and reasons why people travel

·         Attending all industry-relevant events and positioning ourselves as the leader in our field

·         Offering more valuable services to our members, well beyond the standard timeshare or resort reservations

·         Staying one step ahead of our competition by featuring unique and distinctive offerings

·         Offering 5-Star Service to every single member and making it an unforgettable experience

·         Surveying our customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with our services and our team

·         Equipping  our customer service and business development teams with the most up-to-date tools

·         Optimizing our infrastructure to make it easier for our members to do business with us

·         Focusing our marketing efforts on specific growth areas to attract new travel club members

·         Expanding our distributor and referral network as we continue to maintain long-term, dedicated relationships with our current distributors

 

What’s my favorite part about striking gold? Being able to share some of it with many non-profit organizations whose goal is to help people in dire need. There is no better feeling in the world. As Muhammad Ali once said, “to be able to give away riches is mandatory if you wish to possess them. This is the only way that you will be truly rich.”
